William D. Barwick is a litigator, and specializes in representing clients in the manufacturing, banking and insurance industries in cases involving commercial disputes, corporate governance, insurance coverage, fiduciary disputes and product liability. In addition, Mr. Barwick has represented clients in matters on insurance coverage, business and commercial litigation, trusts & estates/ fiduciary litigation, appellate matters, products liability litigation, and professional malpractice.
Prior to joining Ichter Davis, Mr. Barwick worked as a partner at the firm Duane Morris LLP. In addition, Mr. Barwick served three different terms on the State Bar of Georgia’s Disciplinary Board. He has tried nearly 40 jury trials in state and federal courts as either first-chair or sole counsel. In addition, he has served as lead counsel in approximately 35 appellate cases in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for both the 5th and 11th Circuits.
