Verónica Olivo focuses on Corporate law and the aviation industry.

Ms. Olivo provides legal counsel to passenger and cargo airlines in Ecuador and is involved in their daily operations providing them guidance as needed. She is extremely knowledgeable of the aeronautical technical regulations and regulatory processes before the aviation authority, such as obtaining and modifying operating permits, certification processes, approval of commercial operating agreements, to name a few. Additionally, she provides legal counsel in international aircraft financing, sale and leasing operations, as well as in the preparation of all types of contracts for the aeronautical industry.

In the Corporate area, she provides advice on daily company needs, as well as on legal administrative management.
