Veljko Dostanic focuses on real estate transactions and litigation and heads both departments at MMD. He was the main legal advisor in numerous projects for the construction of factories, production facilities, retail parks, retail stores and supermarkets throughout Serbia. He has significant experience in the preparation and negotiation of FIDIC contracts, as well as EPC and EPCM contracts, where he has worked both on the side of the investor, as well as on the side of contractors and consultants.
Mr. Dostanic also has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation proceedings, where he represents large international companies, financial institutions, foreign and domestic investors, as well as a wide range of companies from various industries. Mr. Dostanic has over 15 years of experience in advising clients in Serbia and the region.
In the Legal 500 edition for 2021, Mr. Dostanic was selected as a “leading individual” in the area of dispute resolution (“dispute resolution”).
