Tom Zuber, recognized by Chambers USA, facilitates collaboration among his colleagues and assists them with growing client relationships. Mr. Zuber focuses most often on intellectual property litigation and deals. With his brother Jeff Zuber, Mr. Zuber founded Zuber & Zuber, now Zuber Lawler, in 2003 as a 3rd-year associate with no clients. As Managing Partner, Mr. Zuber has managed Zuber Lawler’s growth from 2 attorneys working out of a Los Angeles domestic kitchen to a top law firm with dozens of attorneys across the country representing clients throughout the world.

Mr. Zuber personally manages relationships with more than 10 of the firm’s Fortune 1000 clients, as well as funds and government entities.

Mr. Zuber is a passionate futurist. In addition to his work relating to iconic companies within traditional industries, he is a leading voice within a variety of emerging industries and technologies. Mr. Zuber often works with companies in relation to AI, Web3, blockchain, quantum computing, cleantech, longevity, legalized cannabis, and legalized psychedelics. Mr. Zuber was named one of “The 100 Most Influential People in the Cannabis Industry” by High Times on its most recent list, serves as an advisor to the Alliance 4 Longevity Initiative (A4LI), and sits on the editorial board of the online quantum computing magazine Dead Cat Live Cat.

Prior to founding Zuber Lawler, Mr. Zuber practiced in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the New York office of White & Case LLP, and then in the Intellectual Property Litigation Department of the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
