Ms. Thi Phuong Thao Nguyen is a senior counsel of the firm’s corporate practice group and specializes in matters of distribution & retail, education, energy & natural resources, healthcare & life sciences and pharmaceutical.
Ms. Nguyen has 10 years of legal experience supporting foreign investors in their business endeavors in Vietnam.
Previously, she worked for Mayer Brown JSM and Dilinh Legal where she was involved in a wide range of commercial and transactional matters in energy, healthcare, real estate, education, food and beverage, and retail. She also worked for the EU-Vietnam Business Network where she supported European exporters/investors in penetrating the Vietnamese market and was involved in the advocacy campaign towards the conclusion of the EU-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement.
