Ms. Duong specializes in corporate law, advising foreign investors and domestic companies in Vietnam on investment, banking & finance, M&A, and labor matters.
Before joining LNT & Partners, she was the Deputy Director of the Legal Department of Drilling Mud Corporation, a 700-employee subsidiary of Petro Vietnam. While there, she worked on corporate governance, HR management, M&A, dispute settlement and investment cooperation. She was also in-house counsel for a Japanese enterprise and advised on IRC, ERC, BL procedure in lubricant oil and grease, CC&CM and textile sectors.
