Ms. Thanh Minh Vu specializes in tax, investment, banking & finance, M&A, infrastructure, and labor matters. Ms. Vu leads the firm’s Financial Services practice group and is a Managing Partner of the Hanoi office.

Ms. Vu has advised on significant financial transactions, and her advice regarding novel legal issues has been published in Vietnam Investment Review and Vietnam News. Her clients appreciate her adaptability to Vietnam’s rapidly changing regulatory framework, as well as her analyses regarding intricate matters of law. She is recognized as a rising star in banking and finance by many ranking associations.

Prior to joining LNT & Partners, she was the Head of the Legal Department of non-bank credit institution Vietnam Chemical Finance JSC (VCFC, now Lotte Finance), where she worked on banking, capital markets, and private equity matters. She was responsible for providing legal advice on loans, investments, deposits, guarantees, factoring, and other banking products offered by VCFC.
