Rodolphe Boissau focuses on intellectual property and commercial law, both as a counsel and a litigator. He also has experience with labor matters. Mr. Boissau represents both French and foreign clients.

Mr. Boissau often works in relation to the technology, media,and telecommunications industries. More particularly, he has represented tech companies film production companies, directors and scripts; TV broadcasters and presenters; streaming platforms, music publishers, composers and performers; international publishers and writers; fashion houses and directors; international event companies, and trade unions, among others. He recently advised and assisted international publishers in a landmark case involving infringing websites, obtaining injunctions against them (see the decision and comment on Legalis, and the report of the European Union Intellectual Property office from August 2019, quoting the decision).
