In Government Procurement, Mr. Mancheno advises national and international clients in the pre-contractual stages, negotiation and execution of public contracts for the execution of works, provision of services and consulting.
He participates actively in forums and congresses on corporate and public procurement issues, as well as in academic and journalistic publications on different topics. As for his academic collaboration, he was a tenured professor for more than ten years in several universities in the country.
