Mr. Miño focuses on areas of Dispute Resolution, Banking and Finance and Public Contracting, as well as in the Energy & Natural Resources Insurance and Real Estate sectors.

He heads the areas of Litigation, Corporate Law and Public Procurement in the Guayaquil offices of Corral Rosales.

In the area of ​​Dispute Resolution, he provides legal counsel and represents clients in administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings. He actively participates in the definition of litigation strategies and is the leader of a group of attorneys focused on handling and defending claims related to users’ and consumers’ rights.

In the area of ​​Public Procurement, he provides advice in negotiations and in the development of strategies to prevent controversies or to reduce their impact.

In the area of ​​Natural Resources, he participates in negotiations with the regulatory authorities and the communities involved, as well as in regulatory compliance processes.

Mr. Mino has also participated in administrative, contractual, commercial and labor issues.
