Ms. Panklai specializes in corporate matters, including offshore company formations, ownership structures, contract negotiations, visas and work permits, and investor relations. She also handles property and real estate matters, advises clients on data privacy and protection issues.

Ms. Panklai also has experience in labor and employment law, advertising and gambling law, and general contract law.  In addition, she has also handled will and estate matters from beginning to end, including representing clients in probate court and completing pre-litigation tasks.

Peeraporn has also previously worked with the Thai government in a legal capacity, conducting legal research, drafting initial advisory opinions of the impact of new legislation on various government departments, updating legal databases, and gaining insight to local administrative innerworkings. Further, she has completed company secretary duties and successfully managed board meetings and fulfilled reporting requirements.
