Ms. Niamngern specializes in corporate and commercial law with experience in banking and finance, fintech, cryptocurrencies and e-payments. She also has experience drafting contracts related to insurance policies, as well as lending, financial, and employment agreements.

She has acted as a Business Liaison Officer for the Department of International Economic Affairs, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Her work in this role involved macroeconomic policy topics with a focus on foreign investment policies in Thailand. Her other experience includes advising on a public-private partnership (PPP) project in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
