Mr. Le specializes in matters of financial services, infrastructure, and arbitration practice group of the firm. He is the partner in charge of the Singapore office of LNT & Partners, and head of the firm’s financial services, infrastructure and arbitration practice group.
Mr. Le has led several major deals and cases, including representing PetroVietnam in working with Nghi Son Refinery, acting for a number of subway construction projects in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and engaging in numerous industries such as renewable energy, construction and banking.
Mr. Le is a panel arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre and at Singapore International Arbitration Centre. He taught contracts at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. He has also served as a member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a CEDR accredited mediator.
