Mr. Chaiyakul possesses considerable experience in helping high-value projects establish entities in Thailand and getting them promoted by Thailand’s Board of Investment BOI. He handles all aspects of the BOI application process from beginning to end; tasks which include exploring the Thai market on behalf of clients, reviewing eligibility requirements for BOI incentives, evaluating the benefits and risks of various BOI categories, coordinating visa and work permits, and acquiring BOI certificates and licenses. He also has experience in matters relating to free trade agreements, rules of origins, and other related international matters.
