Miodrag Klancnik focuses on M&A, labor law, consumer law and personal data protection. At MMD he heads the labor law department with more than 10 years of professional experience in advising numerous clients in Serbia and the region.

As part of our team, Mr. Klancnik contributed to the successful conclusion of numerous M&A transactions, including the recent sale of one of the largest banks on the market.

Mr. Klancnik has built up vast experience in the field of labor law through participation in numerous collective bargaining procedures with almost all relevant trade union organizations, implementation of demanding redundancy programs, management of disciplinary procedures, as well as representation in high-value labor disputes.
