Milton Carrera focuses on Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Immigration and Regulatory law and has over 20 years experience.

Mr. Carrera’s Corporate practice includes providing legal counsel on incorporations, direct debits, capital increases, mergers and dissolutions, as well as complex corporate structuring and restructuring processes. He leads due diligence processes in commercial and corporate operations, and participates in local and international mergers and acquisitions processes.

In the area of ​​Regulation, he provide guidance on the obtention of operation licenses and permits, health care, use of advertising and others, mainly related to food and beverage, retail, distribution and services, pharmaceutical and insurance sectors. He provides support in all the regulatory matters necessary for the development of these activities in Ecuador.

Mr. Carrera leads our Immigration Department, focusing on the development of innovative schemes for migratory processes of expatriate employees of multinational companies.
