Mr. Maigualema’s ​​Intellectual Property practice includes administrative and judicial processes of falsification of intellectual property rights, providing consultancy services to clients in the definition of legal strategies to fight against the infringement of their intellectual property rights, and he also participates in nation-wide operations.

He provides training to Police and Customs members on issues related to counterfeit products, intellectual property and contraband, and has published locally and internationally on issues related to Intellectual Property and Regulatory.
