Mr. Ard-Kelly focuses on drafting contracts, appeals, motions and applications across a wide range of issues including formation, bankruptcy and fee disputes within the state of Georgia.
A long-time entrepreneur, Michael joined Billion Law after graduating from Emory Law School and passing the Georgia bar. Before, during and after law school, he has operated many businesses and brings this experience to bear on the matters he handles.
