María Isabel Torres focuses on ​​Corporate law and the TMT industry. Her practice includes business advisory and compliance issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate matters, public procurement processes, monitoring and follow-up of compliance policies and regulations.

She coordinated the legal department of ​​a consultancy firm specialized in the provision of strategic information for decision making. She is also experienced in the fields of intellectual property, corporate, regulatory and competition; for two years she was the legal analyst for the Superintendence of Market Power Control.

Ms. Torres has completed several graduate courses at local and international universities, including courses in New Technologies, Intellectual Property and Competition taught by Universidad San Francisco, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS).
