Maria de Lurdes Costa focuses on commercial and corporate law and litigation and arbitration.
Ms. Costa’s practice focuses on the areas of real estate and tourism law, family and inheritance law, banking and financial law.
Ms. Costa has taken the Course of Private Notaries at the Legal Affairs Department of the Macau SAR Government in Macau, China. She has also completed the Initial Voluntary Arbitration Training Course at the Legal and Judiciary Training Centre of the Macau SAR and Macau World Trade Center Arbitration Center in Macau, China.
Prior to joining BIND, Ms. Costa was a lawyer at the firm Jorge Neto Valente, Lawyers and Notaries in Macau, China from 1998 to 2016.
Ms. Costa is the chairperson of the Deontological Council of Associação Portuguesa da Indústria Farmacêutica de Medicamentos Veterinários, APIFVET since May 2018.
