Karolina Bolaños focuses on corporate and administrative laws and intellectual property. She is currently an in-house Lawyer at IBM del Ecuador CA, where she is responsible for the preparation, structuring, drafting and reviewing of contracts, as well as their negotiation. Further, she provides business advice on the different daily internal and external processes required, as well as the monitoring and following-up of internal policies and compliance regulations (compliance).

Ms. Bolaños has represented an important national media outlet on contractual and corporate issues. She has also advised national and international companies in various areas of law while working with several of the most prestigious law firms in Ecuador.

She holds certifications on intellectual property approved by the World Intellectual Property Organization, and has taken several continuing training courses.
