Mr. AuBuchon specializes in matters of real estate, litigation, and municipal law. He has advised and represented numerous municipalities as well as clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. He possesses a wide range of experience in real estate litigation, having represented clients in breach of contract claims, boundary disputes, adverse possession actions, conflicts between waterfront property owners, and appeals of municipal land use decisions involving medical marijuana.

Before joining Scott Roberts Law, Mr. AuBuchon worked for several years at a large national firm, concentrating on business litigation and transactions. He also worked as an in-house attorney for a company that invested in medical marijuana real estate.
