Joaquim Bisbal Méndez focuses on company law, insolvency law, and securities law. In addition to this, he has experience in finding formulas for public-private partnership contracts to develop major infrastructure projects linked to project finance.
Prior to joining Pareja & Associats Advocats, Mr. Méndez was Vice-President of Barcelona City Council’s Revenues Council and General Secretary of BIMSA, the holding company for Barcelona City Council’s public companies. In addition to this, he is a member of the editorial board of two law journals. He is also a professor of commercial law at Barcelona University.
