Jelena Gazivoda focuses on corporate law and M&A. She also has experience in energy, resources and infrastructure law, banking and financial law, mining law, and corporate and commercial law. In addition to this, she is knowledgeable in regulatory, procurement, and PPPs. She is a Senior Partner at JPM and a member of the Corporate/M&A, and Banking and Finance department, and Head of Mining and Energy department.
Ms. Gazivoda has over 20 years of experience which includes advising on landmark transactions and projects of strategic importance for Serbia and the SEE region. She is also a lecturer at the University of Belgrade Law School and a lecturer at the Bar Academy and Bar Association of the Republic of Serbia
