Ms. Hoang Nguyen Ha Quyen is the managing partner of LNT & Partner’s Corporate practice group, and a co-founder of the firm. She specializes in corporate and commercial compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, investment, labor and intellectual property.

Ms. Hoang and her team have consistently been involved with the successful completion of high profile foreign-invested projects, mergers, and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate management. With over 22 years of experience, Ms. Hoang has been recognized as one of the few insurance law experts in Vietnam with a comprehensive understanding of international insurance regulations and their application under Vietnamese laws.

Ms. Hoang has been ranked by Chambers as an expert in Corporate/M&A. She regularly writes for the Phap Luat Newspaper, the Vietnam Investment Review and several other legal periodicals, and was a lecturer at Vietnam, Business Lawyers Club.

Ms. Hoang was a Chief Counsel and Head of PR for a U.S. insurance company. She was also a member of the executive board, being involved in all strategic decisions for the company. She also worked as an in-house counsel for British American Tobacco (Vietnam), where she advised on domestic and international commercial issues.
