Evgenia Levina focuses on trademark matters. Ms. Levina possesses extensive experience in international trademark law and procedures (including registration under the Madrid Protocol), including in relation to both Russian and international clients from various industries. More particularly, she assists clients in international trademark clearance and prosecution, evaluating and advising with regards to overall brand protection strategy, and overriding provisional refusals of the Federal Service for intellectual property (including the Chamber for Patents & Trademarks) and international authorities.
