Mr. Simkins specializes in matters of corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, business planning and real estate law. On top of his legal expertise, he has a Michigan real estate license which allows him to help his clients find the perfect property for their proposed business.
While in law school, Mr. Simkins served as the president of Wayne State’s Sports and Entertainment Law Society for two years. Shortly after graduating law school, he designed and built his own cannabis business website outlining the paths to starting a business entity in Michigan as well as walking through the Michigan marijuana licensing process.
