Edgar Bustamante focuses on International Arbitration, M&A, Corporate Law, Antitrust, International Commerce, IP, TMT and Construction and provides legal counsel to local and international clients in the pre-contractual, negotiation and execution stages of diverse projects. He also provides assistance with IT audits, ranging from complex data centers to IT infrastructure, policies and operations.

In the area of International Arbitration, Mr. Bustamante has participated in Investor-State disputes subject to BIT’s and international commercial disputes in Latin America. Further, he represents parties in proceedings derived from public-private ventures related to TMT, construction, the procurement of goods and services and commercial contracts in general. He has extensive knowledge of Private International Law having previously worked in both public and private institutions across Europe, USA and Latin America.
