Dr. Lila B. Glaser focuses on antitrust litigation, economic analysis, patent licensing and litigation and trademark and copyright litigation and protection in the aerospace, civil engineering, computer hardware, computer software, wireless technology, medical and aesthetic devices, food preservatives, infant formula, vitamins, clothing, airlines, hospitals, livestock, race horses, construction and publishing industries.

Having more than 20 years’ experience, Dr. Glaser was formerly an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas in consumer protection and antitrust. She has been in-house counsel and in private practice. She has experience in patent licensing and litigation as well as all other aspects of intellectual property protection. She has been an expert witness economist in both private litigation and class actions involving antitrust, unfair competition and unfair labor practices.
