Darío Escobar focuses on corporate law, mergers, divisions, reactivations and liquidation of companies. He also provides assistance in the preparation, structuring, drafting and review of contracts, due diligence processes, review of corporate books as well as support in public procurement processes for clients.
Before joining Corral Rosales, he acquired experience in several areas of law at prestigious firms in Ecuador. He serves as an in-house lawyer in charge of the day-to-day legal issues for renowned multinational companies in the automotive, telecommunications and mass consumption industries, among others.
Darío has national and international certifications in the areas of control, transparency, anti-corruption, compliance and corporate governance, which allows him to provide advice to clients in the development and monitoring of internal policies and compliance regulations.
