Mr. Kniser focuses on patent litigation and IP protection with a specialization in computer software and security. Mr. Kniser has over 20 years of experience in federal courts across the country, including Delaware and Texas. Before he started IP practice he served as a criminal lawyer in the US Navy JAG Corps and worked with NCIS and FBI cybercrime investigations. While in the Navy, he also served as a federal prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Norfolk, Virginia.
