In the infrastructure industry he advises financial institutions and developers in the construction and financing of infrastructure projects such as roads, railways, aqueducts, and water treatment plants.

In the life sciences industry, In the life sciences industry, Mr. Martinez-Negrete advises pharmaceutical companies in M&A transactions and on regulatory aspects related to divesture of assets, vaccination projects, public procurement, manufacture, supply and distribution of medicines, human clinical trials, construction and operation of pharmaceutical facilities and commercialization of medicines. One of his recent projects that stands out is his advice to Sanofi in the implementation of the first public private partnership for the manufacturing and commercialization of influenza vaccines in Mexico, a project of paramount relevance to Mexico’s population.
