Audrey K. Berland focuses on litigation matters. In particular, she handles claims relating to environmental insurance coverage, product liability, construction defects, medical malpractice, and employment.
Her practice focuses on defending manufacturers, primarily automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers, throughout all stages of litigation, against catastrophic injury and claims alleging defects in product design and manufacturing. She also focuses on business disputes, filing claims on behalf of and defending small to medium sized businesses, as well as individuals.
Prior to joining Ichter Davis, Ms. Berland was the Vice President and Treasurer for the Atlanta Chapter of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers. She has been honored as a Georgia Super Lawyer and Lawyer of Distinction.
