Mr. Pereladov’s practice focuses on matters of lawmaking, infrastructure projects, commercial law, real estate and construction, regulatory issues, labor law and ecology, and nature management. His clients are in sectors such as industry and manufacturing, agriculture, construction and development, and energy and natural resources.

With over 25 years of legal practice, Mr. Pereladov is the managing partner of the Collegium office in Kemerovo and a Co-chairman of Collegium and head of practices of Ecology and Nature Management. He possesses significant experience in representing the interests of big businesses in the most complex disputes with administrative authorities in a variety of the fields mentioned in the first paragraph.

In 2002 to 2010, he led the department for supervision over the observance of federal legislation and the legality of legal acts for Kemerovo Region’s Prosecutor’s Office. He is also a member, expert and chairman of the Commission for Security and Interaction with Law Enforcement Agencies of the Public Chamber of the Kemerovo Region.
