Mr. Egle is a commercial litigator and has prosecuted and defended federal and state court cases involving claims for breach of commercial contracts; violation of federal antitrust statutes; misappropriation of trade secrets; insurance coverage and bad faith; legal and medical malpractice; employment discrimination; products liability; defective construction; municipal liability; breach of real estate purchase and sale agreements; and various business torts.
Prior to joining Gleam Law, Mr. Egle worked at several highly reputable Seattle area law firms where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in a broad variety of disputes that fall within an area of litigation practice commonly referred to as commercial litigation.
In addition to all of this, Mr. Egle is admitted to practice in the federal district courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the ninth circuit.
Gleam Law is one of many member law firms of the Zuber Lawler Global International Network. Each law firm in the network is an independent law firm. Engagement of one law firm in the network does not create any attorney-client relationship with or any liability on the part of any other law firm in the network.
