Alisson Vera focuses on corporate law, as well as counseling and representation of clients in mediations of administrative and judicial processes. Ms. Vera also provides assistance in consumer protection, immigration, municipal permits, as well as the drafting, structuring, and reviewing of contracts.

Prior to joining, Ms. Vera worked for the Ministry of the Interior, where she acquired extensive expertise in migration issues as an Analyst and Legal Supervisor for Legal Migration Control. She has also worked as the Head of the Immigration Control Unit at the International Airport José Joaquín de Olmedo of Guayaquil.
