Mr. Malisic heads the department for acquisitions and corporate law at MMD and has participated as the main legal advisor in a large number of the largest transactions in Serbia and the region in various industries (IT, financial sector, FMCG, etc.).
Also during his years of work, Mr. Malisic has developed significant expertise in the field of insurance as well as the pharmaceutical industry, where in the previous period he was a member of several working groups and patient associations.
