Carlos Valls Martínez focuses on industrial property litigation, specifically in the pharmaceutical, sanitary, biotechnological, and real estate sectors. In particular, he specializes in patents, trademarks, industrial designs, unfair competition, fundamental rights, and data protection. He also advises companies in mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Augusta Abogados, Mr. Martínez co-founded the firm Clifford Chance and acted as a managing partner until 2002. Following this, he founded his own law firm Iuris Valls Abogados from 2003 to 2013, when it merged with Fornesa Abogados in September 2013.
