Guilherme De Oliveira focuses on family and inheritance law and medical law.
Prior to joining BIND, Guilherme taught as an academic assistant and professor at the Coimbra University School of Law. He has participated in legislative work including preliminary drafts for the law on patient information and informed consent (2009) and the law on civil custody (2010).
Guilherme is a member of the Expert Group of the Commission on European Family Law (CEFL).
