Mr. Boonyaratgalin is also experienced in corporate restructuring and rehabilitation, international and local trademark law, employment, tax, cannabis and hemp, and areas of international law.
He also assists clients with visas and work permits, drafting and reviewing employment and investment contracts, rental agreements, and other documents related to immovable and property law.
